Early Childhood Summer Enrichment Program

Program Overview

Our program provides students ages 3.5 to 8 years old developmentally enriching experiences during the summer. The program includes support for all subject areas through the use of project-based curriculum. Student’s progress is measured in light of appropriate early learning standards.

Building a philosophy of respect, and personal problem solving, Sean Durham, Ph.D., program coordinator said, “Respect is a critical part of everything we do, and we ensure that each child and his or her work is respected as well. When we respect them they respect each other. We want the children to learn to solve their own problems instead of letting their teachers do that for them.”

To enhance the education of young children by supporting their construction of knowledge through meaningful interactions in a challenging environment.
