Graduates of the Rehabilitation Counseling program are prepared to serve youth and adults with disabilities as rehabilitation counselors in the state-federal program of vocational rehabilitation, in the proprietary sector of rehabilitation, and in the non-profit sector of community rehabilitation programs.
Rehabilitation Faculty win $1 Million Grant: our goal is to graduate highly-qualified Master’s level rehabilitation counselors with the knowledge, skills, and resources to effectively serve individuals with disabilities.
Our rehabilitation students have been involved with the Alabama Governor’s Youth Leadership Forum (YLF) for the past 15 years.
